About Ursula Cebulak

Ursula obtained her law degree at the University of Leicester, England in 2010. While attending law school, Ursula pursued her interest in law and advocating for clients by acting as a legal advisor at the University’s Pro Bono Clinic. Following law school, she assisted a sole practitioner in addressing family and child protection matters.

Ursula completed her articles with O’Marra & Elliott in 2012. Once Ursula was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2013, Ursula developed a flourishing family law practice at O’Marra & Elliott. Ursula regularly appears in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice at various locations in Ontario. She has experience in negotiating and drafting Cohabitation Agreements, Marriage Contracts and Separation Agreements. Ursula has effectively represented clients at mediation and arbitration hearings to achieve a desirable negotiated outcome. As well, Ursula has vast experience dealing with highly contested custody and care matters and complex property division matters. Ursula is dedicated to her clients and ensures that they achieve the best outcome possible.

In addition to her family law practice, Ursula provides services of preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Ursula is a member of the Ontario Bar Association

Ursula is a member of the Peel Law Association and the Halton County Law Association

Ursula is fluent in English and Polish
